Tom Martin, CPA  |  Email

Tom has been with Sink, Gordon & Associates LLP since January 2008 when he interned with the firm and continued after graduation from Kansas State University in 2009 where he earned degrees in Accounting and Finance.  Tom serves individuals and small-medium sized business clients with their financial, accounting and tax needs and specializes in Tax Planning & Preparation, Consulting, the Agricultural & Real Estate Industries, and Sale, Merger & Acquisition Transactions.  Professionally, Tom is a member of the AICPA, the KSCPA, and PAAK, of which he is a past president. Outside of his work at SGA, Tom is a member of the Clay Center Rotary Club and enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, and their four children.


Randy Carlson, EA  |  Email

Randy joined Sink, Gordon & Associates LLP in 2007 and specializes in individual and business income tax, tax planning, and agricultural accounting.  He is responsible for estate planning, tax preparation and planning, succession consulting and planning, and manages the firm’s Clay Center office. Randy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University in 1981. Coinciding with his career, Randy is a member of the National Society of Accountants, of which he earned the National Editorial Award in 2002 and 2014. He is also a member of the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation, and a past president (2002) of the Public Accountants Association of Kansas (PAAK). Through his work with PAAK, he received the Committee Chairperson of the Year Award in 2006 and the Community Service Award in 2007. Randy is a member of both the United Methodist Church and the Lions Club and holds several leadership positions within the Clay Center community including Chairman of both the Clay Center Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals, President and Coordinator of the Clay County Football Association, Mission Committee for the Presbyterian Manor Board, and previously served on committees at the Clay Center Country Club, Lions Club, United Methodist Church, and Clay Center Chamber of Commerce. Outside of his time at the firm, Randy is in his 25th year of sports broadcasting at KCLY radio.

Christina Jackson  |  Email

Chris has worked at Sink, Gordon & Associates LLP for 10 years, beginning in October of 2007, and holds a combined 17 years of experience in the accounting industry. Chris specializes in tax preparation, QuickBooks and QuickBooks consulting, payroll, and bookkeeping. Before moving to Clay Center, Chris earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kansas. Chris is currently the treasurer for the Clay Center Community Middle School PEP and a pianist for Saint Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Outside of work, Chris devotes her time to her three children: Alexa, J.W., and Tucker.

Lauren has been working at Sink, Gordon & Associates LLP since early 2021. Shortly after starting here, she graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting. Lauren is passionate about sports. Her favorite teams are whatever her younger siblings are playing on at any given time.

Shandi Olson  |  Email

Shandi joined SGA in January 2018, bringing 13 years of banking and accounting experience with her. She earned her Associates Degree in Accounting from Cloud County Community College. At the firm, she is primarily responsible for payroll and payroll tax compliance, tax return assembly, and general office management duties. Shandi has been married to her husband, Troy, for 13 years and they have two kids – Treytan and Taelyn. They love sports and helping at the family farm. The Olsons attend Immanuel Lutheran Church in Salina.

Terri Parry  |  Email

Terri has been with Sink, Gordon & Associates LLP since the fall of 2012 and has a combined 33 years experience in accounting. Terri primarily focuses on 1065, 1120S and 1040 returns, but she enjoys all aspects of accounting. Prior to her career, Terri earned her associates degree with an accounting emphasis from Cloud County Community College in 1980. She had a career in the Postal Service in the Morganville and Clifton, Kansas area for 25 years, including 23 years as Postmaster and over 20 years of Postal Auditing.  Terri is active in the local community through her involvement with the Morganville Lions Club, St. Paul Lutheran Church, St. Paul Lutheran Handchime Director, the Clay County Hospital Board, the Clay County Hospital Foundation, NAPUS Retired Postmasters, the Clifton Community Foundation, the Craig & Terri Parry Charitable Foundation, TagWeis Charitable Foundation, and Morganville School Daze LLC. Additionally, Terri and her husband purchased the Morganville School as a way to give back to the community, ensuring that the community could continue to take advantage of it’s space for various events.

Kristan Pfizenmaier  |  Email

Kristan began her time with Sink, Gordon & Associates LLP nearly 10 years ago, and holds over 46 years of experience in the accounting field. Kristan specializes in a variety of areas for the firm including: payroll preparation, Ultra Tax 1040 tax program and tax preparation, W-2 and 1099 preparation, and Quick Books accounting. Kristan is heavily involved in the community, holding membership in a variety of organizations such as the Clay Center Chamber of Commerce, Oak Hill Presbyterian Church, Clay County Historical Society and volunteering for the Kid’s Cafe Food Program and the CCARE animal shelter. Additionally, Kristan serves as the Treasurer for both the Republican Valley Extension Homemaker Council and the West Riverside Extension Homemakers Unit, and was previously the Board President for the Clay County Historical Society. Outside of her many commitments, Kristan enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and eight grandchildren.
