Marne serves as the Director of Operations for Sink Gordon, where she specializes in project management, employee performance, and workflows. With over 30 years of experience in public and corporate accounting, Marne brings a strong track record of delivering high-quality products, driving innovation, and supporting team success.

Prior to joining SGA in 2018, Marne worked in various roles where she managed human resources, payroll and benefits, accounts payable/receivable, administration, and customer satisfaction. She holds a Bachelor of Business Adminstration with an emphasis in management from Washburn University and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Outside of work, Marne enjoys spending time with her husband, Todd, her daughter, Emmy, and two Labrador retrievers, Callie and Cooper.
